Yes. Our caregivers are trained, experienced, and carefully screened to ensure safe, professional, and compassionate care at all times.
We encourage family visits during visiting hours. Visiting hours are structured to ensure the comfort and routine of all residents, while keeping a warm and welcoming environment.
We follow a strict emergency protocol. Residents are immediately attended to, while family members are promptly informed. We have an on-call medical doctor. We will transport to a nearby hospital, if needed.
We provide clear, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Payment terms and schedules will be discussed during enrollment.
Our services include 24/7 monitoring, assistance with daily living, medication management, home-cooked meals, and social activities for overall well-being.
Yes. We promote social interaction and meaningful daily activities to support emotional and mental wellness.
We can accommodate certain medical needs with proper coordination. Oxygen support may be provided as needed, including for long-term use, and residents may continue to stay with us for the duration of their care. Please note that the cost of oxygen will be charged to the resident.
Our home is equipped with standard beds. Should a medical bed be required, it is available at an extra charge, or it may be provided by the resident’s family.
